A loosely knit but dedicated team of us has developed and published an affordable Bible-based discipleship course designed to become an active part of the ongoing nurture and teaching offered by awakened Christian churches. Each of the three 68-page workbooks is especially suited for use in the discipleship of new believers and those who desire further renewal and growth in their faith, training them in commitment, godliness, and then equipping them to become more fruitful in sharing the Great Commission.
Why? Now in the early 21st century as we face unprecedented societal challenges to the underlying Judeo-Christian ethos of our Western civilization, we find ourselves yearning for an outpouring of God’s Holy Spirit, for times of widespread revival and awakening. Are we ready? What would happen if God were to answer our prayers and pour out His Spirit throughout our communities? Would our churches know what to say and do? How would we handle the influx of new and revived believers?
I will greatly rejoice in the Lord; my soul shall exult in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation; he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself like a priest with a beautiful headdress, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. For as the earth brings forth its sprouts, and as a garden causes what is sown in it to sprout up, so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to sprout up before all the nations.
